Human made malfunctions are not covered) occur within the scope of the Terms and Conditions of Warranty Service. ‘wq’ /‘We’: Wq is a leading warranty service provider for mobile phones and other consumer electronics, with several efficient overseas service networks running currently.
- ‘w223’: w223, together with its affiliates, comprises an e-commerce conglomerate which, among other things, operates an online business-to-business e-commerce marketplace under the URL of http://www and through w223 application (both IOS and Android) (“Platform”).
- ‘Products’: Refers to the products covered by the Warranty Service sold on Platform, including:
- (1) Smartphone (Brand new, excluding used or refurbished), of which operating systems including Android, iOS, Windows, and Symbian, not including feature phones;
- (2) Tablet (Brand new, excluding used or refurbished), of which operating systems including Android, iOS, and Windows.
- (3) Laptops (Brand new, excluding used or refurbished)
- (4) Cleaning Appliances (Brand new, excluding used or refurbished)
- (5) Wearable Devices (Brand new, excluding used or refurbished)
- Other products covered by the Warranty Service sold on Platform Aliexpress.
- ‘Seller’: Refers to the entity or shop that sells Products on Platform.
- ‘Buyer’/ ‘You’: Refers to the consumer who has a local delivery address in china, France, Poland, Germany and purchases Products on Platform with w223.
- ‘Warranty Service Supplier’: Refers to w223.
- ‘Local Service Provider’: Refers to local authorized local service provider, which should be an entity company that implements local service.
- ‘Authorized Service Center’: Refers to the qualified service center authorized by Local Service Provider to implement local service.
- ‘Territory’: Refers to Spain, France, Poland, Germany.
