If the device was damaged during shipment, who is responsible for it?
The sender is responsible for the loss / damage of the device during transportation. Can the buyer apply for service within 15 days after receiving the order?
If the device is found to be defective or the device is damaged during shipment within 15 (fifteen) days from the receipt, the Seller of these products is responsible for defective goods.
